When Will Our Legal System Learn?

What can be said in regards to the wholesale destruction of human life that occurred in Washington State. My heart truly goes out to those four Washington police officers and their families. There are really no words to express my sadness. My thoughts and prayers are with them all.

The death of police officers in this country is on the rise. A few of the young men that are now police officers here in my area played baseball under my tutelage when they were lads, and, I really worry for them. My son also is working toward a degree in criminal law and will soon begin training in the police academy for a career in that very same field.

And then there is the cold blooded killing that occurred in Florida, on Thanksgiving day no less. Once again this is a tragedy in which words cannot properly convey how I feel about both these instances.

I cannot for the life of me figure out how or why someone could or would perpetrate such crimes as these. So what can be said?

Once again the call will be sounded by liberals to confiscate all guns. That is always their answer. There are always those that think that when America is “gun free” such slaughter will cease. I’m sorry, they are wrong. You will never grab weapons from criminals and that would leave those of us that are law abiding at their disposal. And I mean that literally.

The problem is that number one, the laws on the books are being skirted. Why was a man like Maurice Clemmons who has a long criminal record in Arkansas and Washington allowed to be on the streets? We once again have a “Willie Horton situation.” And this time a Republican Governor appears to be at fault. If Mike Huckabee, who was Arkansas Governor when he allegedly granted this man clemency had any aspirations to run for president in 2012, he may as well drop that plan in my opinion. This appears to be a breakdown in many facets of the legal system though.

Although this man had five felony convictions in Arkansas, he had at least eight felony charges in Washington. So Washington is not innocent in this matter either. How in the world does a man walk out of jail with a child-rape charge that carries a possible life sentence? He was released even though he was saddled with eight felony charges in all for crying out loud! Not to mention piles of serious legal run-ins in the past.

The fact that Clemmon’s had told people to “watch the news on T.V. cause I’m gonna shoot some cops” sends shivers up my spine. Why didn’t any of them alert someone? Most likely some of those he told helped him in an attempt to elude capture. Unbelievable.

In the “child rape” charge Clemmons posted “$15,000″ with a Chehalis company called “Jail Sucks
Bail Bonds.” The bondsman, in turn, put up $150,000, securing Clemmons’ release. You’ve got to be kidding me!

And now we law abiding citizens will have to hear about how our 2nd Amendment rights should be scrapped. In reality our courts and elected officials are continuing in it’s failure to uphold it’s duties. How many times will this happen? And how many more will die because of our court system and it’s neglect.

At least if there are law abiding citizens with concealed weapons, innocent lives may be saved Lord willing. You can bet without them many more folks will die violently.

Obama To America-Resistance Is Futile

One of my favorite episodes of Star Trek, The Next Generation, involved the dreaded Borg. The Borg were a race of people, or to be more exact, Zombies, that all worked in total uniformity. Their goal was One. There was no real leader, that is until they snatched Captain Piccard from the Star Ship Enterprise.

The Borg were in perfect union and harmony. All were of the same group think, and, all together had the ability to destroy any race of beings that would not conform to their way of thinking. Sound familiar?

In the case of Piccard, the Borg collectively decided that he would be the spokesman that would be used to persuade the rest of the Enterprise crew to lay down arms, and, give in to the whims of this united monstrosity. His most famous line in that episode was, “resistance is futile.” Yes, they were a scary lot indeed.

Of course, disaster was averted, and Piccard was rescued from this nightmare in space by the zeal and a “can do” effort of the crew of the Enterprise. And much like this crew, we too can rescue our Constitution and way of life from this real life nightmare we are confronting today. Although many Americans have fallen into this Borg snare, to be sure there are many more Americans that resist. We are the majority. Remember that.

The dreaded “Liberal Borg” are attempting to collectively assimilate the citizens of America into their socialist dreams. Their message to us is that “resistance is futile!” They sure are scary. The Liberal Borg are, as a perfect uniform unit, attempting to force all Americans to lay down arms, and join in the effort to dismantle our Constitution and sovereignty against our will.

President Obama (Borg) has absorbed the media, without nary so much as a fight, that is except the FOX News network. And the Obama Borg is telling them right now, resistance is futile.

We on the Enterprise must fight for Fox and free speech, and ultimately ourselves. This is the only way we can save our Constitution from this frightening creature (the Borg Left) that is a collective threat to all of America today.

We can start by kicking these monsters out of Washington onto their backsides. Too bad it is illegal to “tar and feather.”  For I know this is how our “Founding Father” brethren would handle the Borg, eh?

If You Can’t Beat Em, Destroy Em

Chicago politics is alive and well at the White House. They have a saying there. “If you can’t beat em, destroy em!” Fox news is their latest victim, although I’m afraid this move will backfire on them.

While Obama’s list of enemies continue to grow, more and more folks are beginning to see through the supposed “transparent” government that he promised during his campaign. This administration is anything but transparent. The old adage “you can fool some of the people some of the time, but you can’t fool all the people all of the time, certainly comes to mind here.”

Consider Obama’s full array of czars that operate behind closed doors. They are accountable to no one except Obama. Our Constitution is being walked on and actually ignored by these scoundrels. Our tax payer money is being thrown around like paper airplanes in kindergarten class.

Law’s are being enacted at the White House. Obama has taken over the control of tax monies, Wall Street, Banks, Mortgage Companies, Automobile Industry, and now with the help of the Democrat controlled Congress, he will most likely gain control of the Health Industry as well. And some have the gall to say this is not socialism?

Obama has had the media in his back pocket from the beginning, and, now that he see’s that Fox News will not tow the line as well he is attempting to strong arm them into subjection. This will not work with this, the only News program that will report the news, all of the news, both good and bad. I say good for Fox. I know that I am not the only person here in America that still stands behind our liberty of free speech.

Shame on you Barack Hussein Obama, shame on you!

Time For A Real Change Already

From the onset of this present presidential administration we have witnessed a whirlwind of political activity such as has not been seen since F.D.R. This is not coincidental by any stretch of the imagination. Who could forget the phrase, " NEVER WASTE A GOOD CRISIS." Well they sure hopped right to it now didn’t they?

I guess this “crisis” warranted the need for con’s, crooks, and plenty of socialist “czars and czarinas,” that answer to no one, except that draconian Chicago Tsar himself  “Autocrat Obama.”

President Obama did not even warm the Oval Office chair when he declared Gitmo to close with nary a plan in so doing. Presidential pens with Obama’s name etched upon them were more than likely not finished when the great One ordered tax payer money be used to fund abortions in other countries. It is noteworthy that the majority of Americans were against both of these plans. No matter. As Obama and Pelosi both crowed with smirks, “hey,we won!”

And so they have steam rolled along, “ the stimulus, (which to date shows no new jobs or even the saving of jobs). Bailouts, Cap And Trade (Tax), Cash For Clunkers, and now the Obama Heath Care scam. Each and every move this administration makes is clearly an aim at a Democratic government take over of America.

As I talk to citizens it is clear that most do not truly understand what is happening today in their own back yard. “Socialism they ask? Oh, come now. That cannot happen here” they say! They do not even have a clue as to just what socialism is. “Anyway, we have the Constitution and the Bill of Rights to protect us against such as that, right?” But ask these folks just what our Constitution says and it is down right scary. They haven’t a clue. What’s worse is the apathy and the “let someone else take care of it” attitude.

It is very clear that this administration is attempting to move us toward a “world order government.” Yes, that’s right. Obama’s apology and appeasement speeches since he took office is not only disturbing, but downright shameful. There are folk’s here in America that don’t take too kindly to this type of nonsensical talk. Especially our veterans of war that watched as their friends were injured or killed while fighting for others in these same places that Obama feels we should cower and offer apologies to.

We are in for a fight in order to bring czar Obama and his nimrod minions down. They control the Hispanic sector (legal and illegal alike) the gay and lesbian sector, abortion advocate organizations, crooked organizations like ACORN and SEIU, and money that flows like water. 

While there are some here in this great country that go along with this ridiculous presidential situation, or at least tolerate it, I say it is time to show displeasure with it. I happen to love my country. And while there may be problems to iron out, I cannot fathom the notion of giving in to socialist ideologies. 2010 and 2012 can’t arrive fast enough for me. 

Baseball, Apple Pie, Chevy(Government Motors) And BHO?

And so there I was, jacked back in my favorite sofa, cold soda in hand, and tuned in to the World Series baseball game. Oh man, it don’t get any better than this I thought as I began clearing my head of all the doldrums of the day. When all of a sudden, the game was hi-jacked.

There on the screen of my new 36” Sharp HD TV was none other than, you guessed it, Barack Hussein Obama. My night was possibly now in ruins. I mean I see this goof everyday of every week, and have for months on end. And here he was at one of my favorite events. Well, I reasoned that it was just a taped spot shown in advance of the game and so I guess I could live with it this once.

But it doesn’t stop there, no. Not only was our current super-hero president, the answer to all the worlds ills, pre-taped telling us how we need to give,  but following him I had to tolerate a mini-speech by young Bush, Clinton, old Bush and then the second worst president in history (drum roll please) Juma Cautah. Betcha you want to know who the worst president in history is, huh? Oh, if you don’t know, you’ll know soon enough folks.

Well, I endured that little CBS stunt because, well, because I love baseball doggone it. And besides, there were 4 or 5 Tigers that would be playing tonight, you know? And besides, they could have really ruined the game by throwing in Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi for an unannounced appearance. That just might have put me over the edge for sure, with a possibility of my committing hara-kiri.

So, I just remained calm and tried to settle in for a good American league versus National league All Star game, despite the unsettled feeling in the pit of my gut. But just when I thought I was in the clear and everything was under control… oh yeah, you guessed it. Who trots out to throw the ceremonial “first pitch”? BHO!

Well now I’m getting a little concerned because just how much is a guy supposed to take? Everyday, TV, newspapers, magazines, internet. I mean come on, can we have a break already! There just has to be something that the big O will not get his face into. He’s starting to remind me of Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson. You know, anywhere and anytime there’s a camera?

Well, I turned my head and took a big swig of my pop and when I turned again, thank goodness he was gone. Yeah, back to the game, man!

First inning action, American league up to bat. With Tim Lincecum pitching for the National league you know it’s going to be good.

First batter walks up to the plate and he’s ready for action, and so am I. All of a sudden no more was the first strike called when it happened. I was   blindsided again. Third time now. Sucker punched so hard that recovery was impossible. To my amazement and disbelief there, in the announcers box was… you guessed it, BHO.

Now, I’m a reasonable man. And I can endure about as much abuse as anyone else. I’ve put up with this man for approximately 2 years, and now this? My favorite past time, America’s favorite past time should not have to suffer like, well like our economy is suffering. We watch this to forget about the economy Health scare, Cap and Tax, just to name a few of our problems. 

I watch baseball to forget. You know, the doldrums of the day. The constant rumblings and rabble of daily politics’ and all. I just chill out and let my mind float to a better time. A time when I was young. I lived for the game. If you’ve ever watched Field of Dreams, or The Rookie, you know what I’m talking about.

Well, I slowly picked up my trusty remote and hit that red off button with real purpose folks. That was the camel that broke the straws back. It was déjà vu all over again. It was murder I tell yay! If they dare put this guy’s face on any of our money I’ll move!

But, I have to admit when I couldn’t stand it any more I turned the thing back on. You know, check out the score. Maybe catch my favorite Tigers playing.

Well, I watched the American team win. And my Tiger, Curtis Granderson helped win it for them with a triple off the wall with one out. Next batter, sacrifice. 4-3 American league, yay!

Of course they pick a MVP, and interview him. And what was a great moment for this player and us, the fans, what does this announcer ask?

Hey, I bet you really liked talking with, oh man.. BHO. #%**#

"La Raza" To The Supreme Court

What can be said of a Judge that sends 20 individual’s packing from her courtroom, along with their lodged legal complaint, without even so much as "hit the road Jack?" A whole lot.

This so called judge is on Obama’s wish list for a coveted Supreme Court spot. And he is determined to ram her through. If anyone thinks a person that is committed to a racist organization, should be qualified for the highest appointment in this country truly needs their head examined. And to be sure “La Raza” is just that, a racist organization.

To put this in perspective, lets use an example. Suppose the opening in the Supreme Court came while Bush was in office. And suppose he nominated David Duke, a past Grand Wizard for the KKK. What do you suppose would happen? That’s right. Outrage, especially from the Left. Why, they would be calling for Bushes head!

Do you think this is over the top? I think not. A racist is a racist folks, past or present, it does not matter. That person would not be fit for the Supreme Court. Sotomayer clearly judges that the Latin race is superior to all other races. This alone should be enough for a total rejection. We don’t even have to get into her views concerning what judicial branch of government make laws.   

We knew that when the time came, Obama would pick someone on the extreme Left to sit on the Supreme Court bench. However, this is more extreme than even I imagined. Obama said he wanted someone with empathy. But since when is empathy a prerequisite for the Supreme Court? I thought an effort to determine law that is on the books was the standard, and not feelings.

She is a smart woman. Yet, she seems to be perfectly comfortable with the court system “making law”? Surely this smart Latina understands that our Congress make law, and, the court system is to rule accordingly. But that is not what she is on record as saying in 2005. Here is her statement to Duke law students no less:

All of the legal defense funds out there, they’re looking for people with Court of Appeals experience. Because it is – Court of Appeals is where policy is made. And I know, and I know, that this is on tape, and I should never say that. Because we don’t ‘make law,’ I know. Okay, I know. I know. I’m not promoting it, and I’m not advocating it. I’m, you know. Having said that, the Court of Appeals is where, before the Supreme Court makes the final decision, the law is percolating.

Policy?!? The law is percolating?!? Notice that policy is first used by her, and then, this smart Latina tries to recover by using the words “make law.” And then, after all of her blatant blather, she attempts a cover-up with the word, percolating. However, this is just an insight into her ultra-Leftist positions. Can anyone really want such a one as this sitting on our Nation’s highest court?

This pick is a doozy, and Obama knows exactly what he is doing. Why else would he arrogantly caution members of the Senate with the “race” card as he did with this nomination? Yet it is ironic that this judge may be the most racist judge that Obama can find. It’s the old classic “birds of a feather,” it would seem.

Sonia Sotomayer is the perfect candidate for Obama. She represents all positions held by him, which will serve him and his ilk well. Abortion, 2nd Amendment rights, illegal immigrants, and she just might be the tipping point that saves him if it is found that he has indeed usurped the office he now holds.

The question of his citizenship will not just go away, he has to know that. He has not hired a bevy of expensive lawyers, to the tune of almost one million dollars, for nothing. He is hiding facts, but it will all come out in the end. And when they do, he and his lawyers ultimately may be granted an appeal to this same court he hopes Sotomayer will be sitting in.

Let’s hope our elected officials that collect paychecks from the people of this country will reject this reject that obviously knows nothing, nor cares for nothing that remotely smells of  impartiality of the law.

Hiding In Plain Sight

It now has been well over four months and Barry Soetoro, AKA Barack Hussein Obama, who is considered by many to be the president of the U.S., still resists producing valid documentation proving his eligibility to hold this highest office of our Nation.

Section 1 of Article Two of the United States Constitution contains the clause: No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.

Obama’s grandmother said directly without a flinch that she was a witness to her grandson’s birth in Kenya, which was a commonwealth of Great Britain. It is a fact that Obama’s father was a citizen of Kenya, or, in reality, Great Britain, to which Kenya was a commonwealth, and that his mother was too young at 16 years old to bestow American citizenship upon her son.

How has this happened? Why have we as a country that supposedly live by laws that are fair and just, allowed a man to ultimately usurp the highest post in America? What’s worse, we are now letting this man thumb his nose at the Constitution and worse than that, he is thumbing his nose at every American in the land. And by golly he sure is taking advantage of it.

There may be those that do not care about this “alleged” fraud, and his preposterous crime against “we, the people.” The Constitution, the Bill of Rights and The Declaration of Independence mean nothing to some, as long as all things happening in this country benefit them. This is a shame, and a travesty.

It is rather curious that during the presidential race between Soetoro/Obama and John McCain, cries were sounded by the Obama team that demanded that Senator McCain to submit proof of his citizenship, that he indeed satisfied requirements of the Constitution. No problem. He did just that. He proved beyond a shadow of doubt that he met the criterion under the Constitutional law.

But in Barry’s world it is much different. He must feel that he is too big to have to show the country that he is a fellow citizen. Is this part of B.H.O’s message of “change” that he has continually bantered about since he began his quest many month’s ago? He seems to want to change all things as he see’s fit  without respect or consequence that befalls the country or the people that live here. He elicits red flags with every word he speaks, and every policy that he attempts to enact. The people are beginning to show signs of discomfort with him with every day that passes.

This could have been avoided had he been vetted during the presidential campaign and long before this glassy eyed nation elected him president. It just may be too late at this juncture to make this injustice right, although in my eyes I can see no reason why not. This “law professor” knew that he was perhaps breaking the law and committing fraud. He is also very well protected by the force that had him elected. You do not hear cries from the media now do you? And you won’t! They went out on a thin limb and now they must remain there to save face. How sad.

And now I will predict one of three things that will come about in relation to this saga.

1. Obama and team will continue the stall tactic indefinitely until his term is up.

This could actually happen. The court system so far will not acknowledge any complaint submitted to them, and there have been many. There are a few complaints on hold however, but it is unlikely that they will go anywhere. To get any notice our elected officials need to speak up.

2. He will stall until false documents are produced.

This is a long shot. It would be pretty hard to forge these kind of documents without mistakes. But I wouldn’t put anything past the Obama team. However, expert scrutiny would be hard to overcome. Also, the court system would have to force Obama’s schools to open records. It’s a  pretty sure bet that we would find that Obama attended school under foreign status. Else, why is he fighting tooth and nail to keep those records shut?

3. He will with his lawyers fight the wording of the Constitution.

Yesterday, a “glib Gibbs” laughed off the eligibility that was posed to him at that days press conference. Keep in mind that this was the first time the question was asked. He even acknowledged that he was aware of the 400,000 Americans that have signed petitions wanting to know the truth. Actually the number is more like a million or more. He said the birth certificate is on-line. He knows as well as anyone that what is on-line is not the original birth record that any normal citizen receives at birth, and they all know this. They figure a lot of people are satisfied with it however, and so they will continue the ruse.

If and when Obama, or whatever his name is, finally must bring his case to the light of day, his lawyers, which he has already paid approximately one million dollars to, will  argue that there is a gray area within the Constitution. Meanwhile this would drag on in the courts long enough for him to complete two terms in office. Lord help us!

When all is said and done, Obama has indeed pulled the wool over the whole country’s eyes. This to me is Chicago politic’s at it’s finest.

Who’s Lying? – I’ll Give You Three Choices

It is obvious that Speaker of The House Nancy Pelosi’s nose should be growing with every word (er, uhh, um) she speaks on the subject of what she knew, and, when she knew it in regards to “enhanced interrogation methods.”

My goodness, she seems rather flustered and confused, almost like someone that is losing that younger persons sharp edge and wit.  Granted, this goes back to 2002, but do you mean to tell me Pelosi does not take and keep notes?

Democrats such as Senator Jim Webb (D-Va.) are trying real hard to play this fiasco down, by saying on This Week, “I just don’t think it’s that big a deal. I think we have selective memories. They’re going to have a fight, but in terms of where the country is right now, where we need to go – there are a lot of issues of accountability in terms of looking back as to the conduct of the past administration in a number of areas.”

Yeah, right Jim. There is a lot of this selective memory shuck and jibe stuff in terms of who’s got the selective memories in terms of memory selection.. uh, what did I just say now? Oh yeah, a little typical mumbo-jumbo Demo-crap there for you. It’s easy to be a liberal Democrat, you know? Just talk like you know something about something. It certainly has worked for Pelosi all these years. 

But we all know that if this were a Republican that was lying through their teeth and nose, it would be a very different story now wouldn’t it? There would be a non-stop call for heads to roll!

Pelosi is not a dumb woman readers.. or is she? To be honest I have never thought that she has either smarts nor scruples. Let’s put it this way, she could not have been elected to as much as dog catcher in any state other than California. That is just my opinion however.

Now, what should be done with the 3rd in line to the presidency who calls for the prosecution of the Bush administration when she herself knew about these techniques, in her own words now, in 2003? She calls for punishment and we should give her what she wants.

However, it would be hard to punish anyone for enhanced techniques of gaining enemy knowledge, since the techniques used at the time “broke no law” and even thwarted continued attacks on U.S. citizens. Still the Democrats scream bloody murder. The question now is, why would the C.I.A. lie about past events that were not against US policy? That’s right. It would not make sense. And so, is “Speaker Pelosi lying?” If so, I think that her resignation would be in order. 

It all is rather humorous by the way when one considers what real torture consists of. Ask any Iraqi that suffered under Sadam Hussein’s regime what constitutes “real” torture. I have. Talk to a WWII Vet that may have been held by the Japanese, or captives in Vietnam. Easy enough. Talk to Senator John McCain for crying out loud!   

This is typical liberal Democratic fare. The cry for justice by them is laughable. What the Democrats, and Pelosi in particular really want is retribution. And what better way to have it then through this straw man they themselves have propped up for the world to see and revile.

They have no problem with making America look bad if they can succeed at bringing down their Republican and Conservative foes. They have no consideration for the American people that they are supposed to be working for. Instead they would rather play endless games of cat and mouse on the tax payers time and dime.

Pelosi has been given ample opportunity to vilify herself by accepting invitations from the Sunday morning political news shows. Predictably, she turned them all down with the excuse that she is attending her granddaughter’s first communion in Phoenix.

She seems to work last minute details into her schedule at any other time. Consider that when she could feel the heat of truth breathing down her neck a few days ago, this friend of “law breaking illegal aliens,” and graduate of “Hanoi Jane’s school of treason”  had no problem jetting to Iraq unannounced. Many of the same troops that she threw under the bus with her famous, “Iran was the reason we beat al qaeda” were there. They most likely wanted to choke her in the least, or frag her at the most.

At any rate I say give Pelosi just what she wants. Let the evidence lead where it may, and if she be as guilty as anyone else, charge her with any crime that the Bush administration is charged with.

What is good for the goose is rightly good for the gander, no?

Obama Flunks On First 3AM Call

… Mr Sarkozy (President of France) was quoted yesterday as telling an all-party group of MPs that Mr Obama was inexperienced and indecisive. “Obama has a subtle mind, very clever and very charismatic,” the French President said. “But he was elected two months ago and had never run a ministry. There are a certain number of things on which he has no position. And he is not always up to standard on decision-making and efficiency.”

And now it would seem that Mr. Sarkozy’s assessment of President Obama is eerily correct. The guy is a smart cookie I think. 

In his first test as Commander In Chief, the news is that Obama dropped the ball a number of times during the “ship Captain hostage situation.” Sources cite that he was very indecisive, and, even seemed sophomoric in his handling of the situation.

After the Navy’s repeated attempts to urge Obama on what course of action should be taken, it has been reported that the Navy Seals Captain finally took matters in his own hands by ordering the snipers to take out their objectives, subsequently freeing Captain Richard Phillips.

President Obama let this urgent situation linger for 3 days, and is now accepting praise for his “leadership” in this crisis? And folks put Bush down.

I can tell you that there would have been no indecisiveness on the part of George Bush in this matter. And I will also say most assuredly that the liberals and Democrat’s would have used it as an opportunity to jump on Bush over his “proper” decision.

It seems Hillary was right when during the Democratic nomination campaign she questioned whether Obama would be up to the task when answering that 3AM phone call. Next time he gets the call, he should just say, “handle it” and go back to sleep!

Why Do We Have To Pay This?

The compromise economic stimulus plan agreed to by negotiators from the House of Representatives and the Senate is short on incentives to get consumers spending again and long on social goals that won’t stimulate economic activity, according to a range of respected economists. “I think (doing) nothing would have been better,” said Ed Yardeni, an investment analyst who’s usually an optimist, in an interview with McClatchy. He argued that the plan fails to provide the right incentives to spur spending. “It’s unfocused. That is my problem. It is a lot of money for a lot of nickel-and- dime programs. I would have rather had a lot of money for (promoting purchase of) housing and autos . . . . Most of this plan is really, I think, aimed at stabilizing the situation and helping people get through the recession, rather than getting us out of the recession. Hurry, hurry up! We must sign this package so very quickly! No time to analyze or study what’s included in the package, no one really needs to know… just sign the stupid thing already! This is the current mantra of Obama and his band of silly liberal Democrats on the Hill. Never mind that the package contains enough pork to feed ACORN  for many years to come. Never mind the wasteful egregious spending in this supposed plan.

I have to wonder how so many good people can be led to believe that this so called “stimulus package” is a good thing. His cheer leaders are hard at work, at least those that have not jumped ship, which proves that not all people in this country have lost their minds.   

I think as far as the media are concerned, I.e. Chris Matthews, who, by the way is one of many that exhibits a seemingly  unnaturally weird love for Obama, have went way too far and are now in a bind. I mean, how can they back pedal and save face and be suddenly become a real journalist when disaster strikes Obama’s White House? And disaster will finally strike, mark my words.

The proposed Obama, Pelosi, Reid stimulus is a sham that is so transparent that even a high school student can see it for what it really is. Why are our elected officials in Washington attempting to fleece us, the American people?

• $83 billion for tax credits for people who don’t pay taxes
• $4.19 billion to ACORN, THE OBAMA SUPPORT GROUP THAT IS ALREADY UNDER INVESTIGATION FOR VOTER FRAUD

Why on God’s green earth should we as Americans have to pony up for these charges?

I do not like or support Follywood. I don’t support the idea of doling out my money to those that don’t pay taxes, and furthermore, how much of this $83 billion will go to illegal aliens? Finally, I totally abhor groups such as ACORN, that bend and break the rules at every corner in order to get their liberal candidates elected into office, I.e. Barack Hussein Obama.

There are many more unbelievable tidbits in this pork-fest bill that defy all rational thought.  Such as $400 million for STD/HIV prevention, $75 million for anti-smoking programs and $50 million for the arts, and much more. What have these things to do with “stimulus?”

Republicans Arlen Specter, Susan Collins, and Olympia Snowe, who voted affirmative for this monstrosity should now be put on notice in their respected States for their deleterious actions. It should be noted that these 3 received some type of pork reward for their traitorous actions, which will be revealed in due time. I already have heard what Specter is receiving.  I can guarantee that I will do what little I can to see that these RHINOS receive their due.

The bill, may be ready for Obama’s signature Monday, but lacks any vestige of help for America’s businesses in the form of tax benefits or other incentives.

From auto dealers to the home-building industry, big business appears to be the biggest loser in the final economic stimulus plan . . . The Wall Street Journal online reported, noting that Democrats removed key tax cuts and benefits for business as political payback for Republicans who failed to support the plan. –Newsmax–

Can you imagine that? More childish actions from Democrats at the American people’s expense! I have a feeling it will not take the United States long to really see what a disaster it was to vote for Obama, the fake Messiah.

Finally, the stimulus was, of course supposed to bolster the economy, and create and keep jobs. The majority of economists say that this bill will fail to do that. Great!

Congress’ Leaders… Break Promise To Post Stimulus Bill Online For 48-Hour Public Airing…

“The American people have a right to know what’s in this bill,” Rep. Mike Pence (R-Ind) told HUMAN EVENTS after the press conference. “Every member of Congress — Republicans and Democrats — voted to post this bill on the Internet for 48 hours, 48 hours ago. We’ll see if the Democrats keep their word.” Actually — as of 5:15 PM Thursday, the Democrats had broken their word. The stimulus bill — which we still haven’t seen — will be released late and will be brought up on the House floor at 9 am FRIDAY.

Well, I guess Obama and Pelosi did not want the public to see their massive porkola sandwich. I can see why.
